I’m in this situation occasionally as I travel with my herd of 9. Minimum 3 rooms.

I have never been able to book what OP desires. Book/pay/receive Hyatt points for 3 rooms while applying GOH on 2 rooms.

I’ve done various booking scenarios depending on situation: glob benefits for the other 2 rooms, club awards, or SUA.
