Where did this happen? Very curious to know
Clarion Collections in Norway and Sweden have always been consistently good in the past ten years that I’ve tried them. Ofc the food is similar to what you’d get at Hilton Executive lounges in Eastern Europe and a lot of times even more diverse and better quality than some, such as Hilton in Helsinki! (meatballs and samosas all year

Some boutique like properties, such as Katajanokka in Helsinki or Wellington in Stockholm, could be more toward offering cold Scandinavian food and soup than any warm dish.
In general, tacos and tortillas, fish, pastas, and lasagnas are very common offerings in addition to soups and salads.
I think food quality in Scandic, especially breakfast, is very low compared to Strawberry.
