We had heard about an ANA tour, but our concierge made arrangements for us to have a personally-escorted tour of the JAL maintenance facility at Haneda. She arranged for JAL to have an English-speaking employee of JAL to translate the tour-leader's comments and our questions. We expected to be part of larger tour, but we this was designed just for us. Super fun!
How much did you pay for that? I'm staying there soon and would like to ask for the same tour.
