Also note, no info on a more unified cabin product.
Most of the existing A359 have their leases expire in the next 5 years, same with the 77W. The 787-8 is also earmarked to leave with the new aircraft deliveries. For the A380 last announced date is 2028, for QR's own A330 they just parked two A332 and the rest should be gone by next year.
As for the Super Diamond seat on the 787-8 and A359, this was the debut version which has 50" seat pitch and a more acute angle away from the aisle. The latter versions of the super diamond that most other customers bought had a smaller footprint and less space. The more modern versions like Elements which are on so many airlines like Etihad and Starlux are down to the 43"-44" inch range and with additional space taken away by the door, some of that reduced space is clawed back by better sculpting and more efficient structures. The Adient Ascent is similar in footprint and space. I do find the Elements seat better executed, but the refined Ascent seats on the latter QR 787-9 deliveries are a good improvement on the earlier ones.
