787 is too narrow for Qsuites (hence they have the current business suites) so there will never be unified J product across the fleet, although having Qsuites and business suites across their fleet would be an achievement by itself. Even then, there will still be many planes with original Qsuite flying for the next decade while Qsuite next gen is coming into the fleet.
