Ritz is out of my budget - maybe some day! I've booked the W for my 1st 2 personal nights. Usually I love a lounge, but it sounds like the Ren lounge is nothing to write home about. I have 2 nights at the JW in Bogota on the way there, so I'll enjoy my lounging there!

I don't know how much TLC the place received after leaving the Crowne Plaza label, but it did seem to need a lot in its prior incarnation. I just find the Four Points is pretty much ideal for where I want to be - Metro station very close, lots of good eats within walking distance, and has a great staff. Hotel could use a bit of TLC, and the suites are nothing special, but the price is right.
I've read all the reviews and just can't decide. I am thinking of 2 nights at the AC, 2 at the 4 points and 2 at the Meridien for the conference - just to try them! Definitely makes it more difficult, but I like variety. Otherwise the AC looks good.

Still waiting for a good promo.
