I understand you don't need to bring the Club credit card, but I was asking if I need Chase to put a United Club membership subscription in my MileagePlus account? Or I just need to have the Chase Club card showing in my MileagePlus account?

Cuz when I signed into my MileagePlus account, I see the Club card displayed, but in the subscription section, it's still asking me to purchase United Club membership as below (why would it ask me to purchase subscription to United Club membership if I already have the membership from Chase?).... So I am not sure the way this works is Chase will add a Club membership subscription, or it would suffice to have the Chase Club credit card showing in my account????
