Got the survey and gave the new BAC a bad review and told them - truthfully - that for the first time in many years I have joined up to other programmes and am booking long haul premium elsewhere

the survey came the same day my nTPs finally posted for a trip I took 3 weeks ago…I had no idea what to expect as it was booked through the corporate travel agent but was expecting to do rather well out of a late booked 2-day return to New York. Not a bit of it - under 2,500 nTPs (when the BA app showed my flights pricing at over 8K) - if that’s the effect of their prime targets using a corporate travel agent then I’m done with it - in effect, turns out my travel requirement just doubled for the same trips…ridiculous
