I have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card. I used Chase Ultimate Rewards to book four one-way tickets on Delta for our son, his wife, and their two minor children for a family trip we will be taking in June. I have not associated any frequent flier numbers with their tickets. The tickets are Main Cabin and are non-refundable however in the case of a cancellation, a flight credit would be issued.
Some logistics related to this trip have unexpectedly changed, and now it would be optimal for them to be flying into a different city - and Alaska has a much better flight option (timing & price) to the different city.
If we cancel the Delta flights, to whom would the flight credits be issued?
