A comment about the recent menus displayed. I had the Duck and Pea Ragout on SYD-LAX two weeks ago. It did not look appetizing, but it tasted very good, and I would order it again. The duck was shredded over pasta with whole peas mixed in with a nice sauce. The mushy peas were in a side dish. I wish I had taken a photo, but I did not. Despite the look of the dish, I do recommend it.
