I have an issue with a ticket that I have called the contact center now 4 times for, and each time they tell me they never received any calls from me before, and that I would need to open another case, and wait 7 days for a reply. When I call again, we start the process all over again, since they can't find the last time I called. I ask for a supervisor, and I am told none are avalible, and I have call back later and ask for one, but they have no idea when one would be avalible, so that's a crapshoot as well. I have emailed any executive address that I can find, however every single one of them bounces, and even their published support email bounces. Does ANYONE have a way to actually contact someone who is not sitting in a random contact center just reading a script, and that has any ability to do something? Thanks.
