Current position Platinum Amex

So there are just 2 periods per year and just £100 home £100 abroad for each now. £400 total. (Was it really £900 before?) they are in Jan-June and Jul-Dec.
I'm more likely to have a layover somewhere in Europe that USA or SE asia, though you'd get the best value in SE Asia obviously.
I came here looking for other suggestions myself but I think for me (in the east midlands) the easiest way to eat up the UK credit looks like the IVY chain. Theres one in Oxford one in Cambridge and one in Birmingham.
Abroad
I'm headed to Charleston SC before the Jan-June spend is needed and there are 3 places listed. 2 are bar/restaurant looking (to me) and the other one is a bit high end and would eat up the £100 credit in a cheese sandwich so I won't be using any there.
I plan on visiting the other two though

Then after the USA I was hoping to use the second £100 of credit in Dublin for the abroad credit. But there are currently none listed in Dublin, despite there being one of the IVY chain restaurants in Dublin.
Im not sure where in Europe I might be second half of 2025 So I'm not sure where to use it either. But although many options are there where I could use the £100 on myself pretty easily I'd like to take my wife, not many seem to fit into this budget.
So if anyone has 2025 suggestions I'd love to hear them.
