Still not open.

Breakfast is in the restaurant, and there is an arrangement for free soft drinks (all day) and dinner (a la carte choice between several starters, main courses and desserts) in the café at lobby level. No alcohol as part of the lounge substitute arrrangement; they said something about "licencing not yet in place". I saw wine bottles though, so perhaps available for sale. I did not want any, so did not investigate further. Dinner food was okay, but the "all day" arrangement is not a great substitute for a proper lounge.

I only used the shuttle to (not from) the airport. It runs every hour at :00 and takes 10 minutes to T3 (which is the first stop).

I was upgraded to a "lake view" room; the room was fine, but I wouldn't recommend paying extra for the lake view. As mentioned in previous posts, everything in the property still feels "old". Only some parts (but not whole areas / rooms) seem to have been renewed / refurbished. I also heard a lot of noise from the corridor in my room.

Staff were nice and very helpful. I arrived from the StR Jakarta and had forgotten something there; the concierge teams at both properties worked together very well to facilitate its delivery from the StR to the Sheraton with minimal effort for me.
