I haven’t received further details from KKV yet, but I just got this message from AY out of nowhere after 4 weeks of KKV representative sending inquiry to AY regarding my case:
I would like to apologies for the handling mistake in your matter. You are entitled to full compensation of 400 euros, and I will send the remaining 200 euros to you as a convertible gift card. You will receive it as a separate email soon.I have also added 3 500 Avios to your Finnair Plus account as an apology for the mistake. I hope you find this as an acceptable apology.
