I was rebooked from SK to KL some weeks back due to SK cancellation. I got the KL-points and wrote SK and in detailed explained point difference I lost out on with the double up campaign and asked for this to be credited. I got a non sequitur answer back saying that I had been credited all KL-flights flown. I sent a reply to that two weeks ago and haven't heard back (yet).,
