Hi Mike,
You say none of the rooms in the spa tower have no fountain view. Have you stayed in any of the rooms? You also say about staying above the 29th floor have you been up to any of the rooms to see what the view is like.
If any one has any photos of the spa tower i would love to see them.

The thing to do is to get a suite on or above the 29th floor. Then you can take the secret unmarked elevator just off the front lobby and you only have to navigate a very short distance through the casino.
