I believe you may be referring to this:

1. Open a browser on a PC. (I use Edge on windows)
2. Pull up your reservation
3. Right click anywhere within the page and select "View page source"
4. Control-F and find "Fare_Basis_codes"
There will probably be one fare basis per flight segment, and they may be the same or may not. You will have to use a tool like ExpertFlyer to lookup each code. Look up each fare rule and check on the refunds/penalties sections.The MOST RESTRICTIVE will generally apply. A PITA, but give you something you can print. Of course, if the fase was not a publishefd fare, EF may not be able to find it.
