The terms posted on DOC don't either specify if it must be newly set up. My personal guess would be that even if you already have it set up they will count.

A commenter on DOC mentioned that making 3 manual payment of $1 each for 3 months worked for them which was a question we had for the member that posted upthread that they did $1 a month.

I did not receive the email shown in the DOC post, does that mean that I am not targeted for this promotion? I'm not going to waste my time and energy to put on 3 recurring charges x 3 months and then not even get the points.
