No, it doesn't.
If you purchase it from United, the PQP is based on the amount you spend, and the mileage is based upon the fare and your status.
If you purchase it from anyone other than United, the PQP is based upon the distance and the fare class, and the mileage is based upon the distance, the fare class, and for some airlines, the status. CM is not an airline that will give you extra miles for your status; others are (e.g., AC). The calculator linked multiple times in this thread will tell you what you need to know.
