It is always a good idea to capture this information at time of booking or else it is difficult to retrieve the information post booking. Someone on FT does know how to do this though as they provided me with the link and instructions last year when I had the similar issue. Sadly, I can no longer find that message. Hopefully someone else will provide the information when they read this thread.
