The authorization process normally takes 2 to 3 days depending on when the store submits the request for posting."
Their response makes no sense.
So, I replied that the purchases have posted on my Citi account but have not been reported to Shop Your Way.

I agree, it seems something glitched around those dates. My last purchase prior to April 17 was April 10 (for which I received points normally). So it's possible that some or all of the 11th thru 15th are also impacted. It's not surprising to receive a non-sensical response from Citi. I think it took Citi about 10 days to correct last fall, so I'll probably just wait it out for now, especially seeing as you are in touch with them. This shouldn't affect the 10% monthly GGR since the purchases did post to the account, its just points that are missing.
