I have 2 posted purchases made on April 17 that have not been reported to SYW for points (as well as a purchase on 4/18 that has received points). The 2 purchases are a large one from Speedway and a small one from Walmart. I haven't called Citi/SYW yet. There was a period (last fall IIRC) when points were slow to post, but all points were slow then, so this is somewhat more concerning with later transactions posting normally. It's good that they are aware and hopefully working on a fix.

Maybe something happened around the dates of April 16 and April 17.
I contacted Citi, and this is their reply "
Our records reflect purchases have been approved but not yet posted to your account.
The authorization process normally takes 2 to 3 days depending on when the store submits the request for posting."
Their response makes no sense.
So, I replied that the purchases have posted on my Citi account but have not been reported to Shop Your Way.
