And credit them in a logical way!

Trip 1: bonus nTP and regular nTP + Avios credited together after 7 days

Trip 2: bonus nTP credited after 4-5 days, still no regular nTP or Avios after 12 days

Edit: I didn’t realize the “enhancement” is that I have audit / chase / manage my account, how nice they’ve shifted these tasks to the customer.
