My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-March 2025, part of our 10-day tour of Italy. We arrived at the hotel around noon time. As a Platinum member, I requested a comp upgrade through the Marriott app text message. They responded as usual, only available at check-in time. We booked with cash at the MMF rate, ~280.00 euros/night. So, upon our early arrival, we must wait about 40 minutes for our room to be ready. We booked a Superior 1 King bedroom, I think we got upgraded to one level up? A bottle of champagne and some Biscotti were our welcome gift. The interesting part of this hotel is the guest room key. Itis a heavy brass plate. Once we leave the hotel for the day, we have to leave it at the Front desk. I find the staff are good, but not as friendly as I expected. Good buffet breakfast in the morning, they have a garden area so guests can sit outside, but it was cold, so we sat inside.
The hotel location is quite convenient as it is near the train station, and many local restaurants are nearby. We felt very safe walking back to the hotel in the evening.
