As in, bought economy tickets but used avios to upgrade, and the upgrades were confirmed. Got avios back already though.

ouble dip, I have to file so many seperate compensations - 1)cancellation/re-routing 2)baggage delay 3)damaged baggage - not sure if airline will mess around with other claims if guilty of double-dipping.
