Unless one is willing to annex one of the 2-3 massage chairs at SATS T2 or T3 for hours on end (and I don't know anyone who'd even considersuch an uncouth move), none of them. Partitioned napping areas at PP lounges now come with a rather substantial upsell at those that have them -- and they are in the minority. Going rate at Plaza Premium T1 for "sleeping pods" is SGD150/6hours. I think Ambassador charges the same. Plenty of recliners in the airport's public areas, so absolutely not worth it.
