Downgrade from U? That's eligible for EC261. 75% of the cost. No idea how AY handles this for Adios bookings, but they should reimburse 75% of the Adios and 75% of the non-tax cash portion.

WIth luggage, do as my Dad did and double-dip. He claimed from both AY and his insurance
