I made a $109.14 order on BestBuy.com intending on getting the 10K points.
It turns out Best Buy breaks up the purchase into 2 purchases of $58.29 and $50.85 because the items were coming from different warehouses.
No 10K points mission bonus for me.

At least it counts toward online purchase offer but this is really frustrating.
