It was the queue to get to the reception desk for the two lounges. It’s was about 8:30am today and they had 3 people on the desk. Although it may have been only 2 at the time of the pic as I got the sense that the third person got assigned because of the queue.

Still the 1903 is a nice lounge and there were seats when we got in.
