That doesn't sound right. If you booked through Hilton.com yourself and you are paying for it, then you should have gotten benefits. Now, the 'our membership' part in your post needs clarification. Who made the booking and who is the Diamond?
Do you still have the rate rules available for that booking? I have seen some weird ones where the 'rate rules' excluded Elite benefits - I'd check that
