The current trend definitely is for non-Skyteam partners to not earn XP. However most (all?) of those partners don’t offer lounge access either. While ITA will get lounge access on AFKL, and it would make sense that FB will also get lounge access on ITA.

Anything can happen of course, but I would estimate that there still is a chance for a more ‘advanced’ partner agreement that also includes lounge and XP earning. But we will have to see what happens next week.
