Not really a lot to go on. I am assuming it's somewhere served by American Airlines and not BA directly (due to the red pedestal).
Also assuming it's somewhere warm (due to the large fan).
And somewhere in the USA due to the nature of the Tensa barriers and the grill on the shop (although not very definitive).
