I did some digging onto MUC to LYS flights and the only 2 carriers that operate this route are LH and EN (Air Dolomiti). Both carriers operate from T2 so a T2 to T1 connection isn't going to happen. The OP can also through check bags if flying on LH. This is still a tight "connection", but it should be slightly easier as everything should be in T2.
