Something isn't adding up, either way I'm not sure who to escalate this to. They used to record the phone calls, so I imagine they still do and have that stuff stored. Is doing a charge back an option?
Well, I can tell you that I told her the Marriott Milwaukee Downtown -the only hotel I have stayed at in Milwaukee for the last fifteen years - and she booked the Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown. She did not confirm the name, she simply said I see a room and I said great please book it. Nothing more to tell.
