That's the closest thing we have but it's filled with bugs and not terribly accurate any longer. Some examples of what's wrong:
1. BE fares on LH group airlines no longer earn PQFs;
2. Air Canada has different earnings for the same fare class broken down by whether you're flying within Canada or anywhere else;
3. Among others

Your best bet is to use United's own website, a pen & paper and maybe a calculator. Or, use an Excel spreadsheet with a very powerful CPU because there's going to be a lot of number crunching.
