IMO, it is too good to be true. Please pay close attention to the privacy terms. As Adam Smith mentioned above, the information collected is indeed treated as an asset and can be used by Chexy as it sees fit. Note the language in respect to data breaches. Note too the T&C statement in respect to, no cancellations, no chargebacks, no refunds, will be made. The interest rate/service fee is not guaranteed and is subject to change. It is good until it will be no good and then you will have to scramble to effect cancellation instructions. Is it really worth a few thousand points to give a third party, who you do not know, access to your financial information? Buyer beware.

They look like nice kids, but this option will make it worse for people who are already carrying credit card debt. They company isn't swimming in capital, so tIMO hey will need to make a profit quickly.
