When you arrive at T3, the agents will direct you to the bus to T5. You can tell them that you’re going to the lounges before making your way to T5. You can ask them if you can take a later bus to avoid having to take the regular flight transfer bus and re-clear security. My guess is that the buses don’t operate on a regular schedule, but rather coordinate with the timing of the arriving flights.
