Day 4 – London
Enjoy a private viewing of the British Museum’s Egyptian collection before it opens to the public. After your visit, discuss the morning’s discoveries over a casual pub lunch. This afternoon, visit the Petrie Museum, which houses more than 80,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt and Sudan. This evening, head to the home of world-renowned architect Sir John Soane. Your Privileged Access visit will be illuminated by candlelight, showcasing his exquisite collection of Egyptian antiquities. (B, L)
As the hotel is the best suited for the Egyptian triangle of museums.
Reception only has 3 computers for checkin/out formalities that can create a bottleneck at certain times.
Viking rep should be standing by for new arrivals to take passports, to be copied, cross check reference for check in with reception and distribute the keys in a smooth procedure.
Normally though for departures, Viking cruisers are requested to settle their bills at their host hotels at midnight before next day checkout, to avoid a checkout delay and as such vacate the hotel by just handing over in their keycards.
Could be Viking X Kimpton Fitzroy is a temp,
because there were promos/schedules outthere that hint/list Viking's new London base will be the Rosewood London.

This is indeed a bit sad:
- none of the items requested had arrived.
- it wasn’t the correct remote
Not the service/quality one would expect.
