I filed an online complaint about inoperable IFE on a recent LAX-MUC flight. The FA announced upon boarding it would not be working for the entire flight. Received an acknowledgement with a statement someone would be on touch “soon”. That was 10 days ago. Is it time for me to follow up, or will they eventually respond?

I would give them longer, with the recent strikes they probably have a backlog of claims for duty of care.
Finally received a reply. Nothing offered except an apology and a statement to the effect that "stuff breaks".
