If you use Chexy to pay your income tax, property tax and your utilities, now Aeroplan, not just separate credit cards issuer will have a centralized detail database on them. It is not hard to figure out you income and expenses with these data. You have to decide if it is beneficial to you or any financial institution to have these date on you.
