I wish Hyatt would ditch this one. I still lived in Frisco in 2022 when I first learned of the gross and dirty "ick" of the place. That was over three years ago.


Are you sure this is is the one you mean? I know there is one at the Hyatt Regency, but this one is off a highway near(ish) DFW and not one that attracts typical conventions/seminars, unless maybe overflows.
Still, I'd think the Hyatt Place DFW just outside the South Exit would be there for that (that one is quite decent, and worth staying with it being as easy to get to as the DFW Regency, and half the price often).
