Just be back from this hotel...
Location: good, close to Haneda (free shuttle bus - very on time) and close to the train station. A bit far to go to central Tokyo though.
Room: good size (for Tokyo standard), good sound-proof, amazing bed, very good heating system
Breakfast: good - only minus point is 1 machine coffee so it coild be a long line at some points
Staff: efficient - not the warm hospitality i get used to in Thailand, but here they are very fast and professional
Benefit: good welcome drink (can use in the bar), complimentary minibar, complimentary breafast, no lounge

I got a very good price so overall it's a solid place to stay.
