Had a four night stay recently. It was a comfortable but long trek from NRT via the Narita Express (1.5+ hours) and then the MInatomirai line. The hotel is a short walk out from exit 3 or 4.

I used an SNA to upgrade to a suite room on the 17th floor. This has to be one of the largest suites I've stayed in Japan! Like the other commenter said, it had a luxury feel compared the other Hyatts in Tokyo and had a much newer hard product than the HR Shinjuku / Kyoto. The suite was well designed and the bed was very comfortable. There was daily turndown service too, though it's just water refills and clean ups (no chocolates, slippers, etc). The room was extremely clean (as expected for Japan).

They kept giving me a new set of pajamas every day. At the end of my stay, I had four sets of pajamas.

The breakfast was the biggest letdown. I was jetlagged and got to the lounge at 7:30 on one day and 8:00 on another and both times it was super crowded. There was no staff helping people at all, and we had to fight for our tables. The food was a bit of a letdown, too; the only "Japanese" dish was rice and broth (ochazuke). There was a taco bar which had cold tortilla and some meats (ahi tuna, salmon, pulled pork, etc) but most of it was cold and not very delicious. There was a lack of glasses for drinks. I ended up just going across the street to the Lawson to get breakfast after that.

Staff were helpful and helped me send a suitcase to the airport.

If you're planning to spend your day in Tokyo without needing day access to the hotel, I'd highly recommend this hotel, especially at 12k points. It's a ~30 minute train ride to Shibuya on the F liner (a bit more on the limited / commuter express) but I think it's worth the extra room space. I also liked that Yokohama was quite quiet at night but also had everything I needed. Will definitely make a trip back.
