I booked two award tickets with AA miles for MSP-ORD-HND-ITM for this summer, at one point it was rebooked due to schedule change, and the current booking shows as two flight segments (MSP-ORD-HND and ORD-HND-ITM), with us somehow double booked on the ORD-HND segment with JAL, one itinerary in Business and one in Premium Economy (I originally booked premium economy for this segment). Both itinerary have the same confirmation code, and when I pull it up on the JAL website it shows us having seats in both business and premium economy on the same flight, same date, ORD-HND. We would obviously prefer to fly in business, but who should I contact to get this sorted out (hopefully favorably, since we originally booked premium econcomy) ... or do we do nothing and show up and fly it as booked? Would you recommend reaching out to JAL or American Airlines customer service?
