Don't give up hope. With something like 8 Chase cards in our family, I've seen a (not always exact) pattern that often plays out: Get an offer only on Card A, qualify, earn the bonus miles/points. Next quarter Card A has no offer, but one of the other ones does. It makes sense if you assume that their goal is to get you to increase your spending on a particular card, so it's probably less likely they will give you a second offer on the same card where you've already earned a bonus in the previous quarter. YMMV, though.
