boy was that a HUGE mistake.

Booked a room with a sofa bed and king bed. The sofa bed was so worn out the spring stuck through. No sheets were on the sofa bed so asked housekeeping to make it up, they never did, many reasons why they were busy etc.

Asked to replace the mattress in the sofa bed they did not even though they promised to.

No pillow in the room for sofabed and only thin blanket provided...
only one towel in room for three ppl. Asked for more they had to look for more as hotel ran out of TOWELS!


No pool towel either at pool, told to request at FD, waited in line to FD told only 1 towel available again fof 3 ppl...

Pool is cold, so is the jacuzzi.

Told we can borrow basketball to use the courts, guess what they seem to have lost the basketball too, those things are so expensive,no wonder they only have ONE?

The carpet in the room is very stained as are the sheets in the bed.

I can honestly say this was the wors hotel I have stayed at in THE united states out of a hundred or so hotels. I cancelled our upcoming stay here too...

They also charge 12usd for parking...

the positives for us:

location

staff are great but they are overwhelmed.

its cheap on points, but cash rates were high.

and thats it...

brwakfast is free but very crowded and very poor quality even by HH standards


its a buyer beware scenario in my opinion...
