That is not entirely accurate. (Assuming if you are booking from Prince's official website) If the rate says "N's morning included" or "Compliment light breakfast included" then it's the 17th floor lounge only. But if the rate says "RESTAURANT Breakfast included" (caps are from the original page), then you can use the LUXE DINING HAPUNA in the main tower in addition to the 17th floor lounge.
