Ticket issuer or carrier
I have another question - sorry - and I've seen different answers

I'm flying on a ticket purchased and issued by LH. D class. Some of the legs are on SQ metal, also D class.

There is a different rate for me on LH vs SQ.

Are my miles calculated by ticket issuer, or actual carrier?
