But if you were going on a holiday just for shopping, then SIN would have to be the destination...

Back to Queenstown. The south island of Kiwi Land is something else! Beyond the shopping part, there's plenty of great outdoors-type activities (and I'm not the outdoors sort, and still enjoyed it). And then there's Milford Sound, or a little drive south to the glow worm caves or over to Dunedin and a night or two in the castle. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^
