Aspire lounge, long lines to get inside, pax coming out saying don't bother, no seats & its filthy …… whilst in the line, the screen above the desk said flight is boarding & 7 minute walk away…. so left for the gate & arrived there & its a fault, the aircraft was not even at the gate…. MAN continues to be the ultimate premium experience
